大连南部滨海大道工程主桥为地锚式悬索桥结构,锚碇依靠自重和其与基础间的摩擦阻力,来承受主缆的竖向和水平拉力,从而使悬索桥整个受力体系稳定。锚碇中设置有锚固系统,负责传递的主缆索股拉力。本工程的锚碇锚固系统为国内首创采用“预埋索管+内穿刚性拉杆+前后锚板锚固”的无粘结、可换式预应力系统:即与索股连接的刚性拉杆,通过预埋在锚块中的索管,锚固于前、后锚板上,形成完整的受力体系,从而将主缆的拉力均匀传递到锚碇上。为保证拉杆方向与相应索股方向一致,需将前、后锚板精确定位安装,从而既方便索管的精准、快速安装,又传递。本文详细地介绍了前、后锚板的精确定位安装技术,对今后类似工程具有借鉴意义。
The main bridge of Dalian Binhai Avenue project is a ground-anchored suspension bridge structure. Anchoring system is provided in the anchorage, which is responsible for the pulling force of the main cable strand. The anchor anchoring system of the project is the first non-bonded, replaceable prestressed system in China that uses “pre-buried cable pipe + anchor rod with internal rigid rod and anchor plate before and after”, ie, a rigid rod connected with the cable stock, Through the cable embedded in the anchor block, it is anchored to the front and rear anchor plates to form a complete force-bearing system, so that the tension of the main cable is evenly transmitted to the anchor. In order to ensure that the direction of the tie rod is consistent with the direction of the corresponding stock unit, the front and rear anchor plates need to be precisely positioned and installed so as to facilitate the accurate and quick installation and transmission of the cable duct. This paper introduces in detail the precise positioning and mounting technology of the front and rear anchor plates, which is of great significance for similar projects in the future.
