工会是能够兼顾职工的意愿和职工的切身利益,能够为职工在工作中寻求和实现公平公正的基层群众性组织,它在各个企事业单位中都有其举足轻重的地位,是单位与员工间沟通的桥梁和纽带。在高校资产公司这一特殊的经营实体下,工会建设既要在行政管理中处理好公司与员工的关系,又要对高校的产学研任务予以很好的支持。在这样的背景下,高校资产公司工会只有不断探索,创建学习型工会组织,将工会建设转化成一项人人参与、不断改进的工作,才能够让工会建设自下而上得到推动,让工会能够更好协助高校相应业务,与时俱进地实现经济新常态下工会建设的目标。
