在甘蔗的5个生长阶段测定了24个品种的+1叶硝酸还原酶活性(NRA),并对7个产量性状(株高、茎径、茎重、有效茎数、蔗产量、锤度、含糖量)与 NRA 的关系进行了相关、回归分析.NRA 在甘蔗品种间有很大差异。在蔗株生长过程中,NRA 一般随株龄的增长而下降,其变化规律与碳,氮代谢及蔗糖分积累有关。前期 NRA 高的品种,后期 NRA 也相对较高;前期 NRA 低的品种,后期 NRA 则相对较低。茎径、茎重和有效茎数三个性状与前中期 NRA 的关系较密切:茎径、茎重与 NRA 呈凸向上形抛物线关系;有效茎数与 NRA 呈凹向上形抛物线关系。其他性状与各时期的NRA 均无显著相关.
The leaf nitrogenase reductase (NRA) activity of 24 cultivars was measured in five growth stages of sugarcane. Seven yield traits (plant height, stem diameter, stem weight, number of effective stalks, yield of cane, Sugar content) and NRA were correlated, regression analysis.NRA in the sugar cane varieties are very different. During the growth of cane, NRA generally decreased with the increase of plant age, and its variation was related to carbon and nitrogen metabolism and sucrose accumulation. Early NRA varieties, the late NRA is relatively high; early NRA varieties, the late NRA is relatively low. Stem diameter, stem weight and effective stem number of the three traits and the NRA in the early interim relationship: stem diameter, stem weight and NRA showed a convex upward parabolic relationship; effective stem number and NRA showed a concave upward parabolic relationship. There was no significant correlation between other traits and NRA in each period.
