在医疗检查或材料的非破坏性检验方面,荧光屏或图像增强管是一种能把X射线图像立即转变成可见图像的器件。前者性能上有缺陷,后者则存在价格问题。为了弥补这些不足,试制了一种由场致发光材料和光电导材料构成的实验性图像增强屏。采用CdSe烧结膜作为光电导层,以改进普通图像增强屏的图像质量和响应特性。得到的结果为:X射线灵敏度——0.1伦/分,亮度——1呎朗伯、对比度——10%、分辨率——30条线/厘米、上升时间——10~(-2)~1秒。虽然还需要在灵敏度和响应特性上加以改进,但是,由于其他性能和普通的图像增强管接近,所以,这种图像增强屏作为一种轻便的X射线图像增强器,用于检查静态物体是实用的。
A fluorescent screen or image intensifier tube is a device that instantly converts an X-ray image into a visible image for medical examination or non-destructive testing of materials. The former has flawed performance, while the latter has price problems. In order to remedy these deficiencies, an experimental image enhancement screen made of electroluminescent material and photoconductive material was fabricated. CdSe sintered film is used as a photoconductive layer to improve the image quality and response characteristics of the ordinary image enhancement screen. The results are: X-ray sensitivity - 0.1 lux / min, brightness - 1 foot Lambertian, contrast - 10%, resolution - 30 lines / cm, rise time - 10 ~ (-2) 1 second. Although improvements in sensitivity and response characteristics also need to be made, the image enhancement screen, as a portable X-ray image intensifier, is useful for examining static objects because of other properties that are close to those of conventional image enhancement tubes of.
