本文在室内条件下采用点滴法和浸渍法分别测定了氧乐果与三氯杀螨醇混配对棉蚜和棉红蜘蛛的联合毒力作用。测定结果表明,氧乐果与三氯杀螨醇以1∶1、1∶2、2∶1和4∶1等4个比例混配对棉蚜和棉红蜘蛛均表现出不同程度的增效作用,其中以2∶1的混配组合增效作用最显著,它对棉蚜和棉红蜘蛛的共毒系数分别为176.14和363.08,而1∶1、1∶2和4∶1比例混配对棉蚜的共毒系数分别为148.66、153.55和124.41,对棉红蜘蛛分别为147.44、246.67和190.70。田间试验结果表明,30%氧乐果与三氯杀螨醇混合乳剂对棉蚜和棉红蜘蛛具有良好的防治效果,明显优于单剂。最后讨论了氧乐果与三氯杀螨醇混用的增效机制及其在抗性蚜虫和红蜘蛛治理中的作用
In this paper, under indoor conditions, the drip method and the dipping method were used to determine the combined virulence of omethoate and dicofol against aphids and spider mites respectively. The results showed that the combination of omethoate and dicofol at 4: 1: 1, 1: 2, 2: 1 and 4: 1 showed synergism to cotton aphid and cotton spider mite, : 1 had the most significant synergistic effect. The co-toxicity coefficient against cotton aphid and spider mite were 176.14 and 363.08, respectively, while the ratio of 1: 1, 1: 2 and 4:1 The co-toxicity coefficients of aphids were 148.66, 153.55 and 124.41, respectively, and for spider mites were 147.44, 246.67 and 190.70, respectively. Field trials showed that 30% of the mixed emulsion of omethoate and dicofol had a good control effect on cotton aphids and cotton spider mites, which was significantly better than that of single mites. Finally, the synergistic mechanism of the combination of omethoate and dicofol and its role in the control of resistant aphids and reddish spiders
