旅游业是一个地区闪亮的名片,旅游业繁荣与否,是一个城市综合竞争力的集中体现。近年来,福州市委、市政府把旅游业定为主导产业,福州旅游业的发展迎来较快较好的时期。但作为“中国优秀旅游城市”,福州丰富的旅游资源并未形成相应的旅游产品,更未形成旅游产业优势,必须把福州旅游业的发展与建设海峡西岸经济区、做大做强省会中心城市的战略构想相呼应、相衔接,围绕发展大旅游、培育大市场、建设大产业的目标定位,进一步整合全市旅游资源,形成聚集优势,促其驶入发展的快车道。

In recent years, Fuzhou municipal party committee and municipal government set tourism as the leading industry, and the development of tourism in Fuzhou ushered in a relatively good and better period. However, as “China’s Outstanding Tourist City,” Fuzhou’s abundant tourism resources have not formed the corresponding tourism products and have not yet formed the advantages of tourism industry. Therefore, the development of tourism industry in Fuzhou and the construction of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits, The strategic concept of echoes, and convergence, focus on the development of tourism, nurturing big market, building a large industry target, and further integration of the city’s tourism resources, the formation of the advantages of aggregation, and promote its development into the fast lane.
