目的 探讨窒息对新生儿心、肝、肾、脑功能的影响及其评价指标。方法 将 56例儿科住院窒息新生儿的Apgar评分与其他临床资料进行比较。结果 血清谷草转氨酶 (AST)、谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)、肌酸激酶 (CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶 (α -HBD)在不同窒息程度间差异有显著性 ,颅脑CT分度与Apgar评分有相关性 ,与HIE临床分度不平行。结论 AST ,ALT ,CPK ,LDH ,α -HBD及颅脑CT扫描对新生儿窒息早期多脏器损害的评价具有重要的意义 ,血尿素氮及肌酐水平不是评价肾功能损害的敏感指标
Objective To investigate the effect of asphyxia on the neonatal heart, liver, kidney and brain function and its evaluation index. Methods The Apgar score of 56 pediatric inpatients with asphyxiated newborns was compared with other clinical data. Results There were significant differences in serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), ALT, CPK, LDH and α-HBD Significance, brain CT classification and Apgar score has a correlation, and HIE clinical index is not parallel. Conclusions AST, ALT, CPK, LDH, α-HBD and brain CT scan are of great significance for the evaluation of multiple organ damage in neonates with asphyxia at early stage. The levels of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine are not sensitive indexes for assessing renal dysfunction
