对二苯酮(BP)/三乙胺(TEA)/氧体系光敏引发甲基丙炜酸甲酯聚合反应动力学进行了研究。实验结果表明: 、 R_p=K[BP]~(0.25)[TEA]~(0.25)[MMA][O_2][I_0]~(0.5) 当光敏引发体系的浓度较大时,上述动力学关系发生偏离,认为这是由于笼脱活效应和消光副产物剧增的缘故。体系中氧的加速作用使聚合速度提高1.4倍,量子效率达4.4×10~2。
The kinetics of the photopolymerization of methyl-methyl-propionate induced by benzophenone (BP) / triethylamine (TEA) / oxygen system was studied. The experimental results show that the above kinetic relationship occurs when the concentration of photoinitiator system is larger when Rp = K [BP] ~ (0.25) [TEA] ~ (0.25) [MMA] [O_2] [I_0] Deviation, that this is due to cage deactivation effect and extinction byproducts soaring reason. The accelerating effect of oxygen in the system increased the polymerization speed by 1.4 times and the quantum efficiency reached 4.4 × 10 ~ 2.
