P6软件是核电工程建设管理中的新型管理软件,主要被用作工程成本控制、资源以及计划进度管理,在国际大型工程项目中均有应用。目前国内P6软件应用于大型工程建设管理较少,实践应用程度较低,如何将P6软件应用于国内工程建设项目的管理中成为现代核电建设领域研究的重要课题。本文根据某核电公司在进度管理中进度管理体系和特点,全面、系统的研究了P6软件的引入核电工程EPC管理项目中的应用扩展和实践情况,总结P6软件在核电工程建设项目实践过程中的实施方法,深入分析P6软件在整个核电工程建设项目中所取得的管理效果,提出存在不足以及改进建议,研究结果能够为核电工程建设管理提供一定的理论参考。
P6 software is a new type of management software in construction management of nuclear power projects. It is mainly used for project cost control, resources and schedule management, and has applications in large-scale international projects.
