<正>现场勘查、调查访问和火因技术鉴定是火灾原因调查的三项主要工作。现场勘查是火灾调查的立足点,调查访问也占有举足轻重的地位,尤其是对一些现场物质燃烧比较彻底,破坏比较严重,物证较难提取的或是人为因素引起的火灾,调查访问起着至关重要的作用。调查访问不仅关系到准确查明原因和认定火灾事故责任,而且调查访问形成的材料也是主要书证之一。现场勘查是对客观静止的事物进行的观察,需要勘查人员耐心、细致、勤思,而调查访问是对人这一复杂多变的事物进行的考察,既需要耐心、细致、勤思,又需要机变与灵活,需要讲究一定
