本文介绍JDF344型微波低噪声放大器的研制结果。在1.7~2.0GHz频带内,放大器典型值:增益等于26dB±0.35dB,噪声系数等于1.67dB。整个放大器电路采用了设计简单、损耗小的λ/4传输线阻抗变换器。因此,具有较好的带外特性,管子的噪声性能也得到了较好的发挥。由于较好地控制带内噪声匹配,带内噪声系数起伏一般小于0.2dB。放大器使用两个CG41和一个CG39晶体管,电路元件混合集成在高纯氧化铝陶瓷基片上,整个放大器采用全密封结构。放大器经整机使用,性能良好,满足使用要求,且稳定性好。此放大器可作各类通讯设备中的低噪声放大。
This article describes the development of JDF344 microwave low noise amplifier. In the 1.7 ~ 2.0GHz band, the typical amplifier: gain equal to 26dB ± 0.35dB, the noise figure is equal to 1.67dB. The entire amplifier circuit uses a simple design, low loss λ / 4 transmission line impedance converter. Therefore, with good out-of-band characteristics, the noise performance of the tube has also been better played. Due to better control of in-band noise matching, the in-band noise figure fluctuation is generally less than 0.2 dB. The amplifier uses two CG41s and one CG39 transistor. The circuit components are mixed and integrated on a high-purity alumina ceramic substrate. The amplifier is fully sealed. Amplifier used by the whole machine, good performance, to meet the requirements, and good stability. This amplifier can be used for various types of communications equipment in the low-noise amplifier.
