心电图数据长时间的记录保存需要进行高效压缩。本文研究了心电数据序列特征,结合DCT变换编码的优点,提出了适合于压缩 ECG数据序列的 TERMCT 技术。该技术采用样条差分均值,进行准周期预测特征检测,获得高的QRS检出率,对QRS实施优化次数的平滑插值,有效地压缩了ECG频带,提高了递归 DCT压缩 ECG数据序列的效率。实验证明,在医疗特征与波形保真度很高的情况下, TER_DCT对 ECG数据序列的压缩比可达 15.2。此项研究对 ECG信号记录,传输与综合应用方面有重要的价值。
Long record keeping of ECG data requires efficient compression. In this paper, we study the characteristics of ECG data sequence and combine the advantages of DCT transform coding. We propose TERMCT technique suitable for compressed ECG data sequence. The technique uses spline differential mean to perform quasi-periodic prediction feature detection, to obtain high QRS detection rate, QRS implementation smoothing interpolation number of times, effectively compressing the ECG frequency band, and improving the efficiency of recursive DCT compression ECG data sequence. Experiments show that in the case of medical features and waveform fidelity, TER_DCT ECG data compression ratio of up to 15.2. This study is of great value for ECG signal recording, transmission, and generalized applications.
