陈彩芹是平和暴动的主要组织者和领导者之一,饶和埔诏革命根据地的主要创建者,历任平和县革命委员会主席,中共平和第二县委书记,闽西苏维埃政府候补委员、执行委员,饶和埔苏维埃政府主席等。在土地革命战争时期,参与组织领导了平和暴动,创建了闽西南革命根据地,建立了红色政权,对平和乃至福建革命作出了重要贡献。
Chen Caiqin is one of the main organizers and leaders of the pacification riot.
