采用高温热处理方法对淀粉进行热法非晶化改性,考察了热处理温度、时间、体系水分对非晶化改性玉米淀粉冷水溶解度和黏度的影响,利用X射线衍射和偏光显微镜检测了热处理后淀粉的晶体结构、偏光形貌.结果表明:热处理后的淀粉颗粒形貌和晶体结构均发生显著非晶化变化,其冷水溶解度显著提高,溶液的黏度稳定性得到改善,淀粉最优冷水溶解度的热处理条件为:加热温度为220℃,加热时间为4h,体系水分为12.4%.对运煤列车喷洒淀粉基抑尘剂后,运煤列车通过隧道时隧道内煤粉尘的质量浓度由256.4mg/m3降低到30.5mg/m3,喷洒淀粉基抑尘剂对煤质无影响.
The effects of heat treatment temperature, time and system moisture on the cold water solubility and viscosity of amylose modified maize starch were investigated by high temperature heat treatment. XRD and Polarization Microscopy The crystal structure and polarized morphology of starch were studied.The results showed that the morphology and crystal structure of starch after heat treatment all showed significant amorphization changes, the solubility of cold water was significantly increased, the viscosity stability of solution was improved, the optimum cold water solubility of starch The heat treatment conditions are as follows: the heating temperature is 220 ℃, the heating time is 4h, the system moisture is 12.4% .The mass concentration of coal dust in the tunnel when coal-handling train passes the tunnel is increased from 256.4mg / m3 reduced to 30.5mg / m3, spraying starch-based dust suppressants had no effect on the quality of coal.
