利用全气缸采样平台,结合高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,研究了柴油机燃烧过程中单循环燃烧中间产物羰基化合物的演变历程。结果表明,甲醛在燃烧过程中呈先增加而后迅速降低的变化过程,最大值出现在放热率峰值之前。C2-C4羰基化合物在燃烧放热率最高点之前急剧降低,之后开始升高,并在燃烧后期趋于稳定。此外,在任意燃烧阶段,随着碳原子数的增加,羰基化合物的量都逐渐降低。
The evolution history of carbonyl compounds in single-cycle combustion intermediate products during the combustion of diesel engine was studied by using an all-cylinder sampling platform combined with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that formaldehyde showed a first increase and then a rapid decrease in the combustion process, with the maximum occurring before the peak of the heat release rate. The C2-C4 carbonyl compound drastically decreased before the highest heat of combustion rate, then started to rise and stabilized in the latter part of combustion. In addition, at any stage of combustion, as the number of carbon atoms increases, the amount of carbonyl compounds gradually decreases.
