1987年我厂在以往几年节能工作的基础上,不断深化节能管理、加快技术进步、围绕节能降耗上等级的总目标,展开了节能工作,有效地控制了总能耗的增长,各项经济指标完成节能降耗争效益,能源管理是关键。1987年我们以企业升级为目标促节能升级。以节能升级为基础保企业升级,管理上主要抓了四个方面的工作一、能耗指标分解承包、对标、达标上等级 1987年,车间、分厂,全面实行了能耗指部下达计划,主要能耗指标继续保持同行先进,能耗水平达到国家二级企业标准,1987年冶金部吉林会议上被评为国家节约能源二级企业。
