延迟焦化装置是目前炼油行业普遍采用的一种渣油加工装置,加工过程中存在火灾、爆炸、中毒等风险。采用系统的风险评估技术对延迟焦化装置进行全面的风险辨识,并对辨识出的风险提出相应的控制措施,对于保障装置的安全平稳运行具有非常重要的意义。因此,本文以某延迟焦化装置为研究对象,采用HAZOP对其进行分析,以期给相关读者以借鉴。
Delayed coking unit is currently used in the oil refining industry, a residue processing unit, there is a fire process, explosion, poisoning and other risks. It is of great importance to ensure the safe and stable operation of the plant by using systematic risk assessment techniques to conduct comprehensive risk identification of delayed coking units and to propose corresponding control measures for the identified risks. Therefore, this paper takes a delayed coking unit as the research object, and analyzes it with HAZOP in order to draw lessons from relevant readers.
