目的:建立优化的苦豆子药材超声提取工艺。方法:以吸光度为指标,采用正交试验设计的方法,考察料液比、乙醇浓度、超声时间、粉碎度对苦豆子药材提取的影响,以确定最佳提取工艺。结果:各因素对提取率的影响主次顺序为D>B>C>A,优化的苦豆子提取工艺为65%乙醇,料液比1∶5,提取时间2h,粒度60目。结论:该研究建立的优化的苦豆子药材提取工艺稳定可行。
Objective: To establish an optimized ultrasonic extraction process of Sophora alopecuroides. Methods: Taking the absorbance as the index, the orthogonal design was used to study the effect of the ratio of material to liquid, the concentration of ethanol, the ultrasonic time and the degree of disintegration on the extraction of Sophora alopecuroides to determine the best extraction technology. Results: The order of the factors affecting the extraction rate was D> B> C> A. The optimized extraction process of Sophora alopecuroides was 65% ethanol, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1: 5, the extraction time was 2h and the granularity was 60 mesh. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process of Sophora alopecuroides was stable and feasible.
