大豆成熟期与收获期的标准不容易严格识别。我国目前判定大豆成熟期的外观标准是:豆荚呈现固有色泽,籽粒变硬,摇动植株有响声的植株占观察总株数的50%以上。美国在七十年代后期,R.肯特等提出:大豆籽粒开始收缩、豆荚呈褐色,籽粒含水率约44%时为成熟的标准。而用联合收割机收获达到田间损失最少的籽粒含水率为13%。日本、法国等也都认为用机械收割大豆的最适含水率为14%。
Soybean maturity and harvest standards are not easy to strictly identify. Our country nowadays to determine the appearance standard of maturity of soybean is: the pods present the inherent color, the grain hardens, the shaking plant has the sound plant accounted for more than 50% of the observed total number of plants.
