目的:了解宁波某区妇幼卫生人力资源配置现状及需求,为合理制定妇幼卫生人力规划提供科学依据。方法:自行设计调查表对宁波某区2005-2013年妇幼卫生人员配置现状进行调查,以人口比例法预测该区2015-2020年妇幼卫生人才需求数。结果:该区每千户籍人口与常住人口的妇幼卫生人员数分别为0.23人与0.17人,供需比分别为0.80与0.58,均呈现出不足状态,未达到浙江省配备标准要求;妇幼卫生人员专业结构分布不平衡,整体素质有待进一步提高。结论:要做好区域妇幼卫生人才规划,增加人员编制数,采取有效人才激励机制,加快妇幼卫生人才培养,不断提升妇幼卫生人员整体素质。
Objective: To understand the status quo and demand of maternal and child health human resource allocation in a district of Ningbo, and to provide a scientific basis for the reasonable formulation of maternal and child health manpower planning. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of MCH staffing in a certain district of Ningbo from 2005 to 2013. The proportion of MCH population in 2015-2020 was predicted by population proportion. Results: The number of maternal and child health workers per 1,000 household population and permanent population in the district were 0.23 and 0.17, respectively, with a ratio of 0.80 and 0.58, respectively, showing inadequate status and failing to meet the standards of Zhejiang Province. Maternal and child health professionals The structure is unevenly distributed, and the overall quality needs to be further improved. Conclusion: The planning of maternal and child health personnel in the region should be well done, the number of staff should be increased, the effective personnel incentive mechanism should be adopted, the training of maternity and child health personnel should be accelerated and the overall quality of MCH personnel should be continuously improved.
