目的探讨骨肉瘤中细胞周期调控因子p16和CDK4的表达关系及意义。方法应用S-P免疫组织化学方法检测68例骨肉瘤组织中p16和CDK4的表达情况。结果68例骨肉瘤组织中p16和CDK4的阳性表达率分别为39.7%和46.4%。低分化骨肉瘤组织中p16的阳性率和阳性强度明显低于高分化骨肉瘤组织(χ2=22.267,P<0.01);p16在骨肉瘤中的表达与性别、年龄和组织类型无显著相关(P>0.05)。低分化骨肉瘤组织中CDK4的阳性率和阳性强度明显高于高分化骨肉瘤组织(χ2=20.766,P<0.01),CDK4在骨肉瘤中的表达在不同性别、年龄和组织类型间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。CDK4的表达与p16的表达呈明显负相关(r=-0.790,P<0.01)。结论p16和CDK4的表达都与骨肉瘤的病理分期有关。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cell cycle regulators p16 and CDK4 in osteosarcoma. Methods S-P immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of p16 and CDK4 in 68 cases of osteosarcoma. Results The positive rates of p16 and CDK4 in 68 cases of osteosarcoma were 39.7% and 46.4%, respectively. The positive rate and positive rate of p16 in poorly differentiated osteosarcoma were significantly lower than those in well-differentiated osteosarcoma (χ2 = 22.267, P <0.01). The expression of p16 in osteosarcoma had no significant correlation with sex, age and type of tissue > 0.05). The positive rate and positive rate of CDK4 in poorly differentiated osteosarcoma tissues were significantly higher than those in well-differentiated osteosarcoma tissues (χ2 = 20.766, P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the expression of CDK4 in osteosarcoma between different genders, ages and histological types (P> 0.05). The expression of CDK4 was negatively correlated with the expression of p16 (r = -0.790, P <0.01). Conclusion The expressions of p16 and CDK4 are all related to the pathological stage of osteosarcoma.
