谐波传动中柔轮上的齿使柔轮弯曲刚度增加,同时在齿间产生应力集中。这两个因素均导致柔轮的应力增加,因而在一些论述传动的文献中概念不清:即把术语“应力集中系数”和“应力增加系数”理解为原有的应力集中系数,也理解为受上述两因素共同影响而增加的系数。这就使得该系数以计算求出的推荐值和由柔轮几何参数对其影响所确定的推荐值大不一致。
The teeth on the flexspline in the harmonic drive increase the flexural rigidity of the flexspline while stress concentration occurs between the teeth. Both of these factors lead to an increase in stress on the flexspline and are therefore unclear in some of the literature dealing with transmission: the terms “stress concentration factor” and “stress increase factor” are to be understood as the original stress concentration factor , Also understood as the two factors together to increase the coefficient.
