网络信息内容安全是信息安全的重要组成部分。不良和有害信息充斥网络,不仅可能危害社会公共秩序和个人利益,还可能危及经济和金融秩序、政治和国家安全,对此绝不可忽视。网络信息内容安全能否有效保障涉及法律规制、行政监管、社会监管和个人意识等多种因素。目前,我国应尽快建立或完善快速发现、快速响应和依法治理的应对机制以保障网络信息内容安全。
Network information content security is an important part of information security. The fact that bad and harmful information are flooding the Internet can not only jeopardize public order and personal interests but also endanger economic and financial order, politics and national security. This must not be overlooked. Network information content security can effectively protect the legal regulations, administrative supervision, social regulation and personal awareness and other factors. At present, our country should establish or improve the coping mechanism of quick discovery, quick response and administration according to law as soon as possible so as to ensure the security of network information content.
