我们报道人粒细胞白血病(HL60)裸鼠异种移植瘤的建立及其生物学特性,该移植瘤已在裸鼠间连续传代20余代,成功率达100%。移植瘤瘤细胞表面抗原为稳定的粒细胞标记。利用该模型进行了单克隆抗体柔红霉素偶合物的导向治疗,结果显示对肿瘤生长有明显抑制作用。为在体内条件下对人类白血病进行研究和实验性治疗提供了良好的工具。
We report the establishment and biological characteristics of human granulocytic leukemia (HL60) xenograft tumor in nude mice. The xenograft tumor has been continuously passaged in nude mice for more than 20 generations with a success rate of 100%. Transplanted tumor cell surface antigens are stable granulocyte markers. This model was used to guide the treatment of the monoclonal antibody daunorubicin conjugates, and the results showed a significant inhibition of tumor growth. Provides a good tool for research and experimental treatment of human leukemia under in vivo conditions.
