校园市场是基础电信运营企业细分市场的重要组成部分,对企业核心竞争力的提升和可持续发展具有重要意义。本文主要介绍一种决策树算法的校园客户识别方法。该方法根据决策树算法的基本原理,融合了社交网络扩散原理和打分机制,将其应用到校园客户识别模型建设之中。通过外呼等方法验证客户准确性相比原有模型有了极大提升,证实了该模型的有效性。
The campus market is an important part of the basic telecom operators’ market segments, which is of great significance to the promotion and sustainable development of the core competitiveness of enterprises. This article mainly introduces a kind of decision tree algorithm campus customer identification method. According to the basic principle of decision tree algorithm, this method combines the diffusion principle and scoring mechanism of social network and applies it to the construction of campus customer identification model. The verification of customer’s accuracy by outbound call and other methods has greatly improved compared with the original model, which proves the validity of the model.
