2013年8月29日,住建部文件《建筑工程设计文件编制深度规定》第二次修订工作会议于武汉召开,中国建筑业协会智能建筑分会(以下简称智能分会)专家耿望阳作为编制组成员参加了此次会议,其将承担智能建筑部分的修订工作。该文件已被住建部工程质量安全监管司列入201 3年专题项目,并要求在2013年内基本完成。该项课题的主承担单位——中南建筑设计院股份有限公司受工程质量安全监管司委托组建了由各专业人员组成的修订组,智能分会被列为参编单位之一。修订组于2013年3月21日召开了第一
