针对海南地区遮阳大棚下栽培的红掌季节性佛焰苞耳部变绿(俗称“绿耳”)的现象,以盆花品种‘大哥大’红掌(‘Dakota’)为试材,采用盆栽的方式,研究了灌施不同浓度的氮肥对佛焰苞颜色、色素含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量以及矿质元素含量的影响。结果表明:较低氮浓度(0~0.20g/L)处理可以使“绿耳”发生率降低,佛焰苞耳部和中间部位的红色程度(a*值)和鲜艳程度(C*值)都较大,佛焰苞中总花青素苷含量较高,叶绿素含量较低,可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量变化不显著。随着氮处理浓度的增加,佛焰苞中的氮元素含量呈上升趋势,钾元素和磷元素的含量逐渐降低。结合植株的生长状态综合考虑,氮浓度在0.10~0.20g/L范围内,对季节性“绿耳”的抑制效果较好。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the ears of seasonal bud of Anthurium cultivated under sunshade in Hainan Province turned green (commonly known as “Green Ears”), the potted variety ’Dakota’ was used as test material, Potted way to study the effect of different concentrations of nitrogen fertilizers on the color, pigment content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content and mineral elements content of spathe. The results showed that: the lower the nitrogen concentration (0 ~ 0.20g / L) could reduce the incidence of “green ear”, the red degree (a * value) and the vivid degree (C * Value) were larger, the content of total anthocyanin in spathe higher chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content was not significantly changed. With the increase of nitrogen concentration, the content of nitrogen in spathe increased and the contents of potassium and phosphorus decreased gradually. Combined with the growth status of plants, nitrogen concentration in the range of 0.10 ~ 0.20g / L, the seasonal “green ear” inhibition is better.
