研究了不同显微组织Ti811合金的热盐应力腐蚀性能。结果表明,经不同热处理,Ti811合金可获得板条组织、等轴组织、双态组织和针状组织。热盐优先浸蚀其原始β晶界α相,并且裂纹优先沿原始β晶界扩展。针状组织和板条组织由于在热盐应力腐蚀过程中原始β晶界α相的腐蚀通道作用、Ti_3Al相的析出以及所产生的氢的作用,所以受热盐的浸蚀严重,强度和塑性显著降低。等轴组织的抗热盐应力腐蚀性能最佳。
The hot salt stress corrosion resistance of Ti811 alloy with different microstructures was studied. The results show that different heat treatment, Ti811 alloy can be obtained lath, equiaxed, bimodal and needle-like organizations. The hot salt preferentially etches its original β grain boundary α phase, and the crack preferentially extends along the original β grain boundaries. Acicular tissue and laths were severely eroded by the heated salt due to the corrosive channel action of the primary β-grain boundary α phase, the precipitation of the Ti_3Al phase and the hydrogen produced during stress-corrosion of the hot salt, with significant strength and plasticity reduce. Equiaxial organization of the best thermal stress salt corrosion resistance.
