为探讨教师档案管理科学化及办公自动化的途径，以中文操作系统ＳＰＤＯＳ为平台，Ｆｏｘｐｌｕｓ关系数据库为基础，借鉴其它管理软件自行开发设计了口腔医学系教师档案计算机管理信息系统，经过近３ａ应用显示：本系统具有操作简单、选择性广、实验性强、方便、快捷、省时、投资小效益大的优点，是今后行政管理工作科学化、办公自动化不断发展的方向
In order to explore the ways of scientific management and office automation of teacher records management, based on the Chinese operating system SPDOS platform and Foxplus relational database, the management information system of teachers’ files of the Department of Stomatology was designed and developed by reference to other management softwares. After nearly 3 years of application, : The system has the advantages of simple operation, wide selectivity, strong experimentality, convenience, quickness, time saving and small investment benefit. It is the direction of scientific administration and continuous development of office automation in the future
