目的探讨电刺激结合Crede手法治疗对产后盆底肌功能恢复的疗效。方法选取2013年2月-2015年8月该院康复医学科收治的产后6~8周伴尿失禁的初产妇80例为研究对象,随机分为4组:电刺激组(A组)、手法治疗组(B组)、联合治疗组(C组)、对照组(D组),每组20例。应用国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF)判断产后尿失禁的情况。结果治疗后A、B、C 3组患者尿失禁情况较D组有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组尿失禁改善情况优于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯电刺激或Crede手法治疗对产后尿失禁均有疗效,两者联合治疗具有协同效应,可更有效地增强盆底肌肌力,改善尿失禁。
Objective To investigate the effect of electrical stimulation and Crede manipulation on postoperative pelvic floor muscle function recovery. Methods Eighty primipara patients with urinary incontinence 6-8 weeks postpartum from February 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital were divided into 4 groups randomly: electro-stimulation group (A group), manipulation Treatment group (group B), combination therapy group (group C), control group (group D), 20 cases in each group. Application of the International Council on Urinary Incontinence questionnaire urinary incontinence (ICI-Q-SF) to determine postpartum urinary incontinence. Results The urinary incontinence of patients in groups A, B and C after treatment was significantly improved compared with that of group D (P <0.05), and the improvement of urinary incontinence in group C was better than that of groups A and B Significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Simple electrical stimulation or Crede manipulation is effective in treating postpartum urinary incontinence. The combination therapy of the two has a synergistic effect, which can enhance pelvic floor muscle strength more effectively and improve urinary incontinence.
