对利用cDNA-AFLP技术所获得茶树应答低温诱导的差异表达片段TDF(transcript derived fragment,TDF),采用RACE技术克隆了茶树糖转运蛋白基因全长cDNA,命名为CsPLt(GenBank accession No.AFI61955)。序列分析结果表明:该cDNA全长1 865 bp,开放阅读框1 596 bp,编码532个氨基酸。应用生物信息学软件对编码蛋白的理化性质、结构和功能进行了分析和预测,该蛋白结构中含有两个MFS(major facilitator super-family)结构域,属于MFS家族的糖转运子(sugar transporter)亚族。
The TDF (transcript derived fragment, TDF) was induced by low temperature induction of cDNA-AFLP, and the full-length cDNA of tea tree sugar transporter was cloned by RACE technology and named CsPLt (GenBank accession No. AFI61955). Sequence analysis showed that the cDNA was 1865 bp in length and 1 596 bp in open reading frame, encoding 532 amino acids. The physical and chemical properties, structure and function of the encoded protein were analyzed and predicted using bioinformatics software. The protein structure contains two major facilitator super-family (MFS) domains belonging to the sugar transporter (MFS) Asian.
