依法治国已成为我国的基本国策,消费者权益保护成为消费侵权的法律实施结果。大学生在电子商务发达的同时,如在淘宝、亚马逊等网站团购中的侵权维权特别多。本文主要对消费者权益保护的大学生侵权维权的入手,在大学生消费者权益法律保护范畴、所处维权的困境以及解决的措施的三个维度来阐释。因此,通过立法和司法手段对大学生消费者权益予以保护,成为政府在保护大学生消费者权益的重中之重。
Governing the country according to law has become the basic national policy of our country, and the protection of consumers’ rights and interests has become the result of law enforcement of consumer infringement. Students at the same time developed in e-commerce, such as Taobao, Amazon and other sites in the buy-out of infringement rights in particular. This article mainly focuses on the protection of college students ’right to infringe the rights and interests of consumers, which is explained in the three dimensions of the legal protection of college students’ rights and interests, the dilemma of rights protection and the solutions.
