本文主要讨论了在航空遥感调查获得的土地利用现状图基础上,运用GIS技术,建立城市土地利用与人口空间数据库,进行居住人口密度估算。文中通过对国内外现有的人口估算方法的分析,建立了一种居住用地面积与人口的线性相关数学模型。该模型以人口普查获得的区或街道人口总数为标准,采用最小二乘线性回归方法,求出各种居住类型下人口密度值的最佳解。并以上海市普陀区为例,详细讨论了模型具体运用中出现的若干问题与解决方法,获得了较为满意的结果。
This paper mainly discusses the use of GIS technology to establish a spatial database of urban land use and population based on the land use status map obtained from aerial remote sensing surveys to estimate the density of residential population. In this paper, a linear mathematical model of residential land area and population is established by analyzing the existing domestic and foreign population estimation methods. The model uses the population of the district or street population obtained from the census as the standard. Least squares linear regression method is used to find the best solution to the population density value under various types of residence. Taking the Putuo District of Shanghai as an example, the paper discusses in detail the problems and solutions in the specific application of the model, and obtains satisfactory results.
