水泥:88年全国水泥资源紧缺,供不应求。目前仍然不能满足市场的需求。从品种上看,不但高标号水泥紧张,就连近两年一直滞销的低标号水泥也供不应求,且价格坚挺,居高不下。由于89年国家计划压缩投资规模500～900亿元,这将对明年的水泥市场是缓冲。预计89年水泥供求紧张状况将有所松动,但大厂高标号水泥仍紧。
