本文根据教育部在2002年8月颁布与实施的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的精神,以课程论、系统论、方法论等基本理论为依据,以培养学生的体育兴趣、拓展知识技能、发展特长,使学生养成体育锻炼的习惯,提高体育能力,促进学生全面素质发展为课程的共同目标,来设计课内、课外和校外三者“一体化”的体育课程模式,力图达到科学性、实用性等特点。通过对本文的研究,为我国普通高校体育课程的改革提供参考。
