教师专业化发展是当前教师队伍建设的发展趋势和主流。边疆少数民族地区由于独特的社会经济文化背景,经济欠发达,学前教育发展普遍滞后,对教师专业化发展提出了特殊的要求,推进教师专业化发展面临着一定的问题。结合地方实际,体现地方特色,打造适合当地需求的师资队伍是推进教师专业化发展的有效手段。
The professional development of teachers is the development trend and the mainstream of the current construction of teachers. Due to their unique socio-economic and cultural backgrounds and their underdeveloped economy, the development of pre-school education in the border minority areas is generally lagging behind. They have set special requirements for the development of teachers’ specialization and are facing certain problems in promoting the specialization of teachers. In combination with local conditions and local characteristics, it is an effective means to promote teachers’ professional development by building up a contingent of teachers suitable for local needs.
