文化部最新修订的《艺术品经营管理办法》(以下简称新《办法》)自“3·15国际消费者权益日”起正式实施。新《办法》旨在加强对艺术品经营活动的管理,规范经营行为,繁荣艺术品市场,保护创作者、经营者、消费者的合法权益。而选择在3月15日作为正式实施的日子,多少也预示着其在维护艺术品收藏、消费群体利益层面将投入更大的力度。新《办法》规定,艺术品经营单位应当对所经营的艺术品应当标明作者、年代、尺寸、材料、保存状况和销售价格等信息,并保留交易有关的原始凭证、销售合
The newly revised “Procedures for the Management and Administration of Art Works” (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”) newly implemented by the Ministry of Culture have come into effect since the “3.15 International Consumer Rights Day”. The new “Measures” aims to strengthen the management of artwork business activities, standardize business practices, promote the art market, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of creators, managers and consumers. However, on March 15, as the day of its official implementation, it also indicates that it will devote more efforts in maintaining the collection of artworks and the interests of consumers.
