Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation released Circular No. 14 of 2000, deciding to formally conduct an anti-dumping investigation on imported methylene chloride originating from the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, France, Germany and South Korea from now on. Notice pointed out that the anti-dumping investigations involving dichloromethane in the People’s Republic of China Customs import tariff number listed as: 29031200.
