随着企业改革发展力度的不断加大,职工群众思想动态多元化,利益诉求多样化,面对“走工族”人群越来越多、分配制度改革,企业内部矛盾和热点问题、焦点问题、难点问题日益凸现,因体制变革和经济利益格局调整,各种矛盾错综复杂与交织,影响企业和谐稳定、科学发展的因素客观存在,倍受关注。因此,营造推动企业科学发展的和谐稳定环境,是当前和今后各级组织一项政治任务,也是一项长期而艰巨的工作。那么,如何去营造和谐稳定发展环境,进一步密切党群关系、干群关系,督促国有企业更好地承担起政治责任、经济责任、发展责任和社会责任,已成为各级组织和领导干部不可回避且急需的矛盾和问题。
