我们的脊椎由颈椎、胸椎、腰椎和骶骨组成。它就像一棵大树的主干,对于人体健康具有非常重要的意义。它每天都需要承受很多负重,很多疾病便是因脊椎的毛病而引起的,有人因此将脊椎病称为“万病之源”。其实在日常生活中,有些看似平常的不良小习惯便有可能会严重影响到脊椎的健康。因此,呵护脊椎,远离疾病,要从一点一滴的小细节做起。
Our spine consists of cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine and sacrum. It is like the trunk of a big tree, which is of great significance to human health. It needs to bear a lot of weight every day. Many diseases are caused by spine problems. Some people therefore refer to vertebra disease as the source of all diseases.
