劳动合同法于2007年6月29日颁布,2008年1月1日实施后,各种争议和纷扰始终不断,轰动一时的“华为事件”、部分企业要求即将符合“无固定期限合同”条件的职工辞职后重签劳动合同或转为劳务合同的案件时有发生,甚至出现少数企业违法实施经济性裁员,一次性解除大批职工的劳动合同等。一时间,社会上也传出一些与劳动合同法不协调的声音,如认为劳动合同法过于超前,企业成本大大增加,
