目的:探讨地黄寡糖胶囊的成型工艺条件。方法:以吸湿百分率为主要评价指标,筛选合适的辅料。结果:以乳糖为辅料所制的颗粒的防潮性能强,流动性基本满足生产需要。结论:该条件为地黄寡糖胶囊大生产提供了依据。
Objective: To investigate the process conditions of Rehmannia oligosaccharide capsule. Methods: The percentage of moisture absorption as the main evaluation index, screening the appropriate materials. Results: Granules with lactose as excipients showed good moisture-proof property and fluidity basically met production needs. Conclusion: This condition provides the basis for large-scale production of Rehmannia oligosaccharide capsules.
