本文对50只健康家兔记录了中脑网状结构185个痛兴奋单位、87个痛抑制单位的放电.刺激扣带回前部或腓神经时均使痛兴奋单位放电增加,而使痛抑制单位放电减少或暂停,若同时刺激扣带回和腓神经痛兴奋单位放电增加更明显,使痛抑制单位抑制效应加强,显示了该两项刺激可协同影响痛兴奋单位或痛抑制单位的放电.电针两侧“内关”透“外关”5~20分钟后,电刺激扣带回前部或腓神经,可使痛兴奋单位放电抑制,使痛抑制单位放电抑制的现象减弱或解除,提示扣带回前部参与镇痛及针效的调节.
