树莓中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)提取及不同条件下酶活力探究

由冷冻树莓制得粗酶液,测树莓中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力48.78U/g,其含量228.544μg/g鲜重。通过分别以新鲜的树莓、解冻1h树莓和加入浓度为10-6mol/L的抗坏血酸浸泡1min的树莓果实来探究酶活力。结果表明:相对条件下,冷冻树莓有最大的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。 The crude enzyme solution was made from frozen raspberry, and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in raspberry was 48.78U / g and its content was 228.544μg / g fresh weight. Enzyme activity was explored by using fresh raspberries, thawed 1 h raspberries and raspberry fruits immersed in ascorbic acid at a concentration of 10-6 mol / L for 1 min. The results showed that frozen raspberry had the highest superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity under relative conditions.
