高精度、宽光谱自动折射仪是采用垂直底边入射,对称折射的方法,对等边三棱镜样品的三个顶角进行封闭测量,以提高测试精度。本文对光束平行度,准直光与底边垂直度、样品加工角度差、测角精度、瞄准精度等诸因素所产生的误差进行了分析及计算。给出了折射率的测试不准确度。在可见及近红外光谱区:△N≤±3×10~(-6)。文中还对该测试方法与最小偏向角方法进行了比较,并以实测数据证明了两种方法具有同样的测试精度。
High-precision, wide-spectrum automatic refractometer is the use of vertical bottom incidence, symmetrical refraction method, the three side angle of the equilateral prism samples were closed to measure to improve the test accuracy. This paper analyzes and calculates the error caused by various factors such as the parallelism of beam, the verticality of collimated light and the base, the difference of processing angle of sample, the accuracy of angle measurement and the accuracy of aiming. The refractive index test inaccuracy is given. In the visible and near-infrared spectral region: △ N ≤ ± 3 × 10 -6. The paper also compares the test method with the minimum deflection angle method, and the measured data prove that the two methods have the same test accuracy.
