今天的幼儿是未来的建设者,提高幼儿的非智力因素,如良好的合作能力、正确的竞争意识等是现代社会的需要。在实践中,我们体会到,在科学活动中培养幼儿的非智力因素可取得良好的效果。1.培养合作能力许多幼儿养尊处优,以自我为中心,不知道与人合作。而在科学活动中常有一些小实验需要幼儿合作完成,教师应抓住这些时机,教育幼儿学会分工合作。例如在进行活动“鸡蛋壳的秘密”时,需要两人合作,其中一人摆正蛋壳位置,一人往小木板上叠放书本。这一过程能使幼儿在了解“拱形凸面能承重”这一科学知识的同时,懂得分工
