现将国务院国发[1983]35号文件《国务院关于开展春季灭鼠活动的通知》转发给你们,并结合我省实际情况,作如下补充通知,请一并遵照执行。一、灭鼠工作是一项社会性的群众活动。各级政府要加强领导,农牧、林业、粮食、卫生、商业、轻化工、财政等部门要密切配合,统一行动,做好灭鼠工作。鼠害严重的市、县,要组成有领导干部、技术人员参加的灭鼠领导小组,并由农牧、粮食、商业、卫生等部门抽调业务干部,组成临时办公室,切实抓好这项工作。各系统也要把灭鼠工作作为一项任务,指定专人认真抓好。
We hereby forward to you the State Council’s Guofa [1983] No. 35 Document, “The State Council’s Notice on Launching Rodent Control in Spring,” and in accordance with the actual situation in our province, make the following supplementary notice. Please follow the same instructions. First, anti-rat work is a social mass activities. Governments at all levels should step up their leadership and departments such as agriculture and animal husbandry, forestry, food, health, commerce, light chemical industry and finance should work closely with and unify their actions and do a good job in rodent control. Major cities and counties with rodent infestation should set up a leading group for rodent control with leading cadres and technical personnel. The cadres from agriculture, animal husbandry, food, commerce and public health departments should be deployed to form temporary offices to earnestly do a good job in this task. Each system should also put anti-rodent work as a task, specify the person to do a good job.
