目的 2012年10月17日某高级中学出现多例以腹泻、腹痛为主要症状的病例,查找本次事件的发生原因,控制事件发展。方法对食物中毒者剩余食物进行病原学检测,同时进行流行病学调查。结果 16日的晚餐(X2=6.36,P=0.01)是可疑餐次,青瓜炒蛋为可疑食物(X2=5.82,P=0.02)。16日晚餐13种食物中,有9种食物检出蜡样芽胞杆菌。16、17日两日早餐、中餐的部分食物中也检出蜡样芽孢杆菌。厨师、食物加工工具、器皿中均检出蜡样芽孢杆菌。血清学分型,结果均为蜡样芽孢杆菌10型。结论这是一起持续暴露模式的食物中毒事件。
Objectives On October 17, 2012, a number of cases of diarrhea and abdominal pain were found in a high school. The causes of this incident were found out and the development of control events was observed. Methods The etiology of food remaining in food poisoning was tested and the epidemiological investigation was carried out. The results of the dinner on the 16th (X2 = 6.36, P = 0.01) was suspicious meal times, cucumber scrambled eggs for the suspicious food (X2 = 5.82, P = 0.02).
