随着我国电话网内用户传真、电传和计算机通信等非话业务(Non-voiceTransmissionServices,NVTS)的飞速发展,如何控制未注册用户的入网电平和统计其NVTS话务流量,已成为电信网网路管理的迫切研究课题。本文论述一种基于微机的NVTS监测系统的设计与实现方法。该研究课题,将随机过程最佳检测,模式识别和数字信号处理等理论,应用于NVTS微机监测系统设计,提出了TMR模式匹配分析算法和STS容错测试算法,有效地解决了强干扰电话信道上NVTS特征频谱模式的提取、分析及其可靠性问题,在现场运行中得到了准确的测试结果,并已在电信和铁路通信系统获得了实际应用。
