广深沿江高速公路太平特大桥梁基础采用直径2.0 m、长90 m左右的钻孔灌注桩。通过实测数据采集,对两根试桩在压浆前后的荷载-沉降关系、竖向承载特性、桩侧摩阻力及其与桩土间相对位移关系、桩端阻力等方面进行对比分析。结果表明,压浆后桩极限承载力测试值提高幅度分别为36.88%、36.52%,其中总侧阻力提高23.56%、28.32%,总端阻力提高60.67%、66.46%;桩端阻力所占比重分别为23.82%、26.22%,说明该嵌岩桩为端承型摩擦桩;压浆前后试桩都没有达到承载力极限状态,桩基承载力有较大富余。
The foundation of Taiping Bridge on Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Yanjiang Expressway is a bored pile with a diameter of 2.0 m and a length of 90 m. Through the measured data acquisition, the load-settlement relationship, vertical bearing property, pile-side frictional resistance, relative displacement between pile-soil and pile-end resistance of two test piles before and after grouting were compared and analyzed. The results show that the increase of test value of pile ultimate bearing capacity after grouting is 36.88% and 36.52% respectively, of which the total lateral resistance increases 23.56% and 28.32%, the total end resistance increases 60.67% and 66.46% Which is 23.82% and 26.22%, respectively, indicating that the rock-socketed piles are end-bearing friction piles. Before and after grouting, the test piles did not reach the ultimate bearing capacity and the bearing capacity of the pile foundation was relatively large.
